SUMMER PROGRAM
2021 Summer Session Math & Writing Course
Our summer program includes 8-week math and writing courses open to all high school students! This program focuses on closing learning gaps and preparing students for their next year of high school, SAT/ACT testing, and college.
MATH COURSE
Algebra Geometry SAT/ACT Prep
Our math course will cover foundations in algebra and geometry in addition to reviewing strategies for success in standardized testing. This is a great review before entering college math courses, taking the SATs and ACTs, and bridging learning gaps that have developed as a result of remote learning and the educational challenges many have faced over the past 18 months. Small group classes will be held on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 10:00am - 12:30pm from June 8th to July 29th. Tuition includes classroom and study material, and three additional one-on-one tutoring hours for the student. Tution for the course is $1,250. Please contact us directly for payment plan options.
WRITING COURSE
Writing Proficiency Essay Writing College Applications
Our summer writing course will cover foundational principles in academic writing and help your student develop the skills and confidence to compose essays, research papers, and college admissions articles. The course will offer students methods for forming reasoned thesis statements, organized outlines, and revision techniques, in addition to new ways of thinking critically and expressing themselves. We will work to foster an appreciation for writing and building the habits they'll use for the rest of their academic careers. Small group classes will be held on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 12:30pm - 1:30pm from June 8th to July 29th. Tuition for the course is $500 and includes classroom material and individual essay review and feedback.
