An ideal candidate will be able to work with students pre-K through grade 5 to help them bridge learning gaps, reinforce foundational reading skills, and build confidence and a passion for learning.
An ideal candidate will be able to work with middle school and high school students on a variety of subjects ranging from history to math to grammar and writing. They will help students to build effective study habits, cultivate grit, and foster executive functioning skills.
Tutors who specialize in working on a particular subject or range of subjects including but not limited to: Algebra I & II, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, Statistics, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Foreign Language, Computer Science, SAT & PSAT Prep, and Essay Writing. An ideal tutor will be able to work with high school or college students to increase their understanding and academic success in their course.
